Overview of Track Gauge

The digital track gauge (referred to as track gauge) is a digital precision instrument designed for railway track geometric parameter detection. It integrates high-precision sensors, embedded algorithms and intelligent interaction, and can quickly measure core parameters such as gauge, superelevation (horizontal), inspection interval, back protection distance, 等.

The information of the displacement sensor is transmitted to the data microprocessor, and the electronic display panel switches the button to realize different measurement requirements such as gauge, 検査, back protection, 等. In order to eliminate the error caused by temperature, a temperature sensor is specially set to monitor the temperature change in real time and transmit it to the data microprocessor. The data microprocessor corrects the track gauge information transmitted by the displacement sensor according to the current temperature, so as to measure the accuracy of the track gauge at different temperatures.
