Seals are used to prevent lubricating oil leakage and external dust, moisture and other impurities from entering the gearbox, thereby protecting the normal operation of key components such as gears and bearings, and are the “loyal guards” of the gearbox.

During the operation of trains, railway gearboxes face many challenges. On the one hand, it has to withstand the huge impact load caused by the frequent starting, braking and speed changes of the train. Every acceleration and deceleration is like a “test” for the gearbox.
