History Development In Casting Industry

Luoyang Fonyo Indústrias Pesadas Co., Ltda., our headquarters, was established in 1998. We are a high-tech enterprise integrating design, fundição, usinagem, e serviço. The company is explicitly located in the Huai Village Industrial Park, Condado de Ichuan, Cidade de Luoyang, Província de Henan. Our company covers a total area of 72,600㎡, com uma área de construção fabril de 51.000㎡. Our company’s assets amount to 260 million yuan, with over 420 staff members. The annual casting production capacity of the company is 30,000 toneladas.

We have established five casting workshops equipped with eight sets of medium-frequency furnaces and five-ton electric arc furnaces. The workshops also feature V-process production lines, automated sodium silicate production lines, and furan resin sand production lines. The finishing workshop is equipped with multiple sets of equipment, including shot blasting machines and heat treatment furnaces.

In March 2016, the company invested 230 million yuan to establish a subsidiary, Henan Longruida Railway Equipment Co., Ltda., in the Luoxin Industrial Cluster Zone. The subsidiary focuses on two primary businesses: primeiro, railway finished product machining and component assembly production, primarily producing transmission gearbox assembly units and bogie welding and assembly, mainly used for railway locomotives, trens de alta velocidade, passenger trains, locomotivas, and subways.
