Description

Overview of Hydraulic Weld Trimmer

Designed for post-welding processing of cast steel/cast iron components of rail vehicles and engineering machinery, it uses the principle of high-pressure mechanical pushing to quickly remove welding protrusions, spatter and oxide layer, and achieves a weld surface flatness of ≤0.5mm, meeting rail transportation welding standards such as EN 15085 and ISO 5817. It is suitable for post-welding finishing of key components such as bogies, couplers, and wheelsets to improve product qualification rate and service life.
