The sealing system adopts a three-level protective architecture: primary seal layer using perfluorinated ether rubber o-rings FFKM, tolerance IP69K protection grade crush flushing; The dynamic seal adopts a labyrinth-type air gap structure, combined with a machined surface with an accuracy of 0.01mm. The emergency protection layer is equipped with an intelligent pressure relief valve to automatically balance the pressure difference between the inside and outside under extreme working conditions. This design enables the internal cleanliness of the motor to reach the ISO 14644-1 Class 5 standard.
4)Heat dissipation performance bottleneck breaks through the traditional design innovation using biomimetic fin structure. The 45°spiral guide channel optimized based on Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), combined with the microchannel phase change heat dissipation technology, has increased the heat dissipation efficiency to 270% of the traditional design. The measured data show that the internal temperature rise of the motor under full-load conditions can be controlled within
35K, fully meeting the requirements of the IEC 60034-6 standard.
