Mechanical properties | Guaranteed load: According to different specifications and materials, the guaranteed load range is between 10kN – 300kN to ensure that the nut will not undergo plastic deformation when subjected to the specified load. Hardness: The hardness of carbon steel nuts is generally between HRC20 – HRC30, the hardness of alloy steel nuts can reach HRC30 – HRC40, and the hardness of stainless steel nuts is usually around HRC25 – HRC35, so as to meet the use requirements under different working conditions. Screwing performance: The nut should be able to be smoothly screwed into bolts of the same specifications and performance level, and there should be no stuck or biting during the screwing process. |

Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build drawings for you after we get your samples too.
Q5: How do you do Quality Control before delivery?
A: Quality inspection is a very important factor to guarantee the quality of steel casting parts. We follow 3 times of inspection during the whole production process. And we will provide material testing report, dimensional testing report, and mechanical properties testing report to our clients before delivery.
