Features of Gauge Plate

  • High strength and durability: High-quality steel is selected and subjected to a special heat treatment process, so that gauge plate has high strength and good toughness, and can withstand the huge load and impact force generated by the long-term operation of the train, effectively reduce deformation and damage, and extend the service life. Under normal use conditions, the service life of the fastener plate can reach 15-20 years.
  • Excellent anti-corrosion performance: Advanced surface treatment technologies such as hot-dip galvanizing and Dacromet coating are used to form a dense protective layer on the surface of the fastener board, which effectively resists the erosion of harsh environments such as rain, salt spray, and chemicals. In highly corrosive environments such as coastal and chemical industries, hot-dip galvanized fastener board can be guaranteed to have no obvious rust for more than 10 years; Dacromet-coated fastener board can be guaranteed to have good anti-corrosion performance for 8-10 years in general industrial environments.
  • Accurate buckle pressure design: Through precise calculation and experimental verification, the buckle plate can provide stable and appropriate buckle pressure, which can not only firmly fix the rails, prevent the rails from creeping and displacement, but also ensure that the rails have enough expansion space when the temperature changes, reduce the track stress, and ensure driving safety. Function of Gauge Plate
