Materials We Cast

Our foundry produces both cast steel and ductile iron castings for railway equipment, Windkraftkomponenten, and heavy industrial applications. Different materials are selected according to the mechanical requirements and operating conditions of each component.

Gussstahl

We manufacture a wide range of cast steel grades for structural and heavy-duty components, einschließlich:
400-15, EMS15, GS20Mn5, GS21Mn5N, GS-25MnN, 20Mn5, 21Mn5, ZG230-450, ZG270-500, ZG275-485H, ZG25Ⅱ, ZG35CrMoA, 40Cr, Q235, 35#.

These materials are commonly used in railway structural components, Drehgestellteile, locomotive equipment, and other heavy machinery applications.

Sphäroguss

Our foundry also produces ductile iron castings with excellent strength and vibration resistance. Typical grades include
QT400-18, QT450-10, QT500-7 and HT250, which are widely used in industrial and structural components.

Low-Temperature Ductile Iron

We have particular expertise in low-temperature ductile iron, designed for applications operating in cold environments. Typical grades include
QT400-18L (-20°C), QT400-18L (-40°C) and 400-18-LT.

These materials provide excellent impact toughness and weather resistance, making them suitable for railway locomotive components and wind power equipment operating outdoors.
